  • Pricing tree work is unfortunately not a simple task. • Depending on your locality, permits may be required depending on many factors. A permit may be required to work on a tree within a roadway Right-Of-Way, or a permit may be required for tree removals no matter where they are located, or a permit may be required to stage equipment or provide traffic control in order to complete your job.

Permits are primarily the responsibility of the property owner, but we understand the time commitment and sometimes confusing nature of the process. LumberJags offers permitting and coordination services and will work with municipal governments and utility companies to complete your project safety and legally.

  • We get asked this a lot in various forms. Sometimes people assume trees have value or can be sold to make back end money. The truth is - residential trees or “backyard” trees do not typically carry value at a commercial scale. The risk of the trees containing metal from fences, clothes lines, bird feeders, and other decorative items makes saw mills shy away from them. But just because it’s not turned into lumber doesn’t mean it’s wasted!

LumberJags pays to dispose of each load of tree debris removed from your property and it is brought to several processing facilities in the area and is further processed into mulch to complete the green cycle.
